Annual Meetings make up an important part of the EOHSJ, and each Lieutenancy. Each year an area of the Lieutenancy will host and offer hospitality, logistics and program ideas to foster a welcoming atmosphere to gather all the Lieutenancy members.

Annual Meeting generally last from Friday afternoon to Monday morning, and includes Investee and Promotee retreats and ceremonies and Masses, There are spiritual development speakers, optional cultural activities, special events, and a closing gala. Additionally, there is ample time and access for personal prayer, adoration, and confession throughout the weekend.

All members are highly encouraged to attend.
