The EOHSJ has reserved a block of rooms for our members. Not only does booking one of our reserved rooms allow for reduced travel costs for our members, but it also allows for greater chance of interaction and camaraderie between attendants.. Please consider reserving a room as early as possible.

There will be a one night non refundable deposit for each reservation made.

Parking & Resort Fees:

Self-parking is available at the resort with in and out privileges. Valet parking $55/day, self-parking $48/day.
Resort fees are included with your reservation.

Arrival and Departure

Airport and transit

AIRPORT INFORMATION:

Kona International Airport is the recommended point of arrival. It is a 20-minute car ride away from the resort.
Hilo Airport is also an option, but more than an hour’s drive away.

Ground Transportation:

Note that the resort does not provide complimentary airport shuttle services.
Car rental, taxi or rideshare is the recommended means of transportation.
Resort shuttles are provided to access resort areas.

Rental Cars:

If you desire a rental car, the Resort recommends booking in advance of your trip with one of the many national providers.
Taxi service can be acquired on arrival from various independent companies. You will fine them curbside fronting baggage claim areas A and B.
A ride share service such as Uber or Lyft is also a good option.
