  • Philippi – on the Via Egnatia, the Roman road from Rome to Byzantium; site of the first Church founded by St. Paul, where he baptized his co-minister Lydia
  • Thessaloniki – another early Church founded by Paul; visit the Church of
    Saint Demetrius, the Hagia Sophia, and Aristotelous Square
  • Kavala – the ancient port of Neapolis, where Paul first came to Europe
  • Kalambaka – the historic hill-top Greek Orthodox monasteries of Meteora
  • Delphi – the most important religious sanctuaries of ancient Greece, with
    the most famous oracle of antiquity
  • Athens – visit the Acropolis, Parthenon, Hadrian’s Arch, Temple of Zeus,
    Areopagus, and Agora
