There will be no procession and we will not Robe.
Following Mass there will be Social Time and a Continental Breakfast served in the Parish Hall prior to Fr. Gosselin’s presentation.
As a Franciscan priest for the last forty years, Father Larry Gosselin has brought countless souls to God through his joyful spirituality, retreats, ministries, and books. A native of the Pacific Northwest, this beloved Franciscan Friar has served for the last 12 years at the Old Mission Santa Barbara, and he recently took on additional duties as Retreat Master at the Malibu Serra Retreat Center. A close friend of Mother Teresa, he was the Saint’s Confessor and served as the Celebrant at her Committal Service following her funeral Mass in 1997. He is the author of a best-selling memoir of his life with Mother Teresa, entitled I Have Been Waiting For You. An accomplished poet, he has published several volumes of verse along with multiple other books, including an upcoming work on his ministries to indigenous cultures.
